Under Liechtenstein law, various activities that can be carried out in Switzerland without special authorisation are reserved in Liechtenstein for those designated as trustees under Liechtenstein law. Therefore, we cannot offer the following services in Liechtenstein:
The establishment of associations, companies and trusts for third parties, in one's own name and on behalf of others, as well as related interventions before courts and administrative authorities; the assumption of administrative mandates pursuant to Art. 180a of the Law on Persons and Companies, as well as the assumption of trusteeships; financial and business consulting; and tax consulting.
Thus we exclusively offer the following services in Liechtenstein: completing tax returns for private individuals (from CHF 110) and bookkeeping, as well as office administration work for companies.
Taxation
We support individuals and companies with all tax matters. This also includes completing tax returns and providing advice on tax-related issues.

Accounting
Accurate, structured accounting is the foundation for any successful business. We handle accounting for sole traders and SMEs, and prepare quarterly- and annual financial statements. Our services include interim financial statements and the management of sales and purchases accounting.

In the area of fiduciary services, we support companies and self-employed individuals with administrative and organisational tasks. This includes bookkeeping, company formation, and comprehensive support for start-ups.
Budget consultancy, board mandates, management functions and the organisation of payment transactions can also be undertaken.
Property and real estate accounting
We handle the accounting for rental properties and apartments. This includes the recording of utility bills, operating costs, and transactions related to the purchase or sale of a property.
We can also handle rental agreements, changes to tenancy agreements, and administrative tasks related to property management.
Family Offices
We offer comprehensive family office services for wealthy families. These include asset management, succession planning, and holistic support for both business and private matters.
